Yasso 800s x7

Tonight for my run I did 7 Yasso 800s. It was very tough keeping the 800s under 3:40. I didn't think I would be able to do it. I started with a 1.5 mile warm up. Then in between each 800, I do a 400 for rest. Finally, I ran a 1.5 mile cool down.

Next time I do the 800s, I am going to slow them down a little and aim a 3:50 time (7:40 pace). I still have 44 days until my marathon but 14 of the days will be taper so I have 30 days to train.
